Thank you so much for visiting my site.  My name is Marie-Claire (aka M-C) and I love to photograph people, who they are and the events that mean the world to them, creating moments in time to last for lifetimes.  I’m based in Ōpōtiki, in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.

Whether it’s those lovely family connections, special images of our treasured koros and kuias, a portrait to capture the beauty, strength, personality or essence of you, newborns, weddings, or any other special moments in time as well as images for people promoting their business, my aim is to capture the connection and personality of those I photograph, helping them to look their best, giving you images that you and those who come after you will truly love and treasure for years to come.

I really believe that actual prints that you can hold in your hand or hang on your wall are especially precious, now, and even more so as time goes on so I work closely with a professional print lab to get gorgeous, true colour prints providing you the most beautiful archival prints that will live on for future generations yet are still very affordable.  Although this is not always possible, if your budget allows I would really encourage you to include prints in your collection rather than just digital images (each print even comes with a digital image at no extra charge, I know you’ll be needing them for social media!)

You will never regret having special moments in time captured for you and your whanau. And as time passes these beautiful images will only become more precious! I offer portrait experiences for maternity, newborn, families, weddings, events as well as corporate headshots and branding experiences, and pretty much everything in between (yes pets are welcome too!).
